Patrick has been a member of OnPath FCU for over 26 years since he opened his account at 16. “OnPath FCU makes banking easy and painless. I opened a second account at another financial institution to keep my personal and business accounts separate and the other institution was absolutely terrible,” says Patrick. 

Recently Patrick had an issue with a money transfer company in which the Covington staff was able to successfully help him resolve it and update his account. “They were amazing as always and explained everything so clearly. They always seem to explain things in a way that doesn’t leave me confused and wondering what they are talking about.”

Only one example of the exceptional member service and drive of the OnPath team, Patrick recalled his experience as a victim of identity theft. More than $20,000 was withdrawn from his account by hackers. The OnPath FCU team was able to research and restore the missing funds the same week and keep the account in good standing. “The people at the Covington location are amazing and truly care about every person who walks through the door. What is impressive is that every person there knows my name before pulling up my account. The staff always treats me like I am someone important.”
