How do I redeem my VISA Credit Card Reward Points?

Members should log into the OnPath Mobile App or the full Online Banking experience via our website (BeOnPath.org). If logging into the app, please look in the main navigation menu for more and then VISA CARD CONTROLS. If using the Online Banking Experience click on the VISA CARD CONTROLS tile that is across the top of the screen.

Once you reach the portal, you will see your reward points. You will need to click on the NUMBER of points (not the word rewards) to access the redemption portal.

Once you click on the number of points, you will be redirected to the Rewards Site, or you should click on the word "click here". If you are not reaching the site, please make sure your device does not have a pop-up blocker enabled.

You will then be able to redeem rewards such as merchandise, travel points or cash. Also keep in mind that to redeem points you must have accumulated a minimum of 2500 Points in order to redeem any points.
